A direct sequel to The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki, this game once again follows Lloyd Bannings and his colleagues in the Special Support Section. After recovering from the events of the previous game, the newly restructured city-state of Crossbell once again faces political strife as disturbances from neighboring Erebonia and Calvard increase.
Ao no Kiseki introduces new features to the series, including the powerful Burst Mode—which can easily turn the tides in battle—and the competitive puzzle minigame Pomtto.
